Thanks, but I can't relate any of that to the reason for my question,
which was whether the compiler would somehow magically use emulated move
semantics if I just included Boost.Move in the code, without calling the
boost::move function on the return values. I think I've proven that it
wouldn't, and that the boost::move call is required to reap any benefit
from emulated move semantics.
