You might consider contacting Jaakko Jarvi, as his team is still carrying on the "academic" side of the work on Adam. I am not sure how interested in Eve they are; although, in a practical sense, they must be working on this. I know that Jaakko, Sean, Mat, etc. made changes to the constraint solver that may not have made it into the Adobe tree.
