Hi, 

I have uploaded the version 0.5 of Boost.Conversion which includes respect ot the preceding version

New Features: 
* Added a pack funcrion able to pack the Source and the Target constructor arguments in one parameter used (to convert vectors). 
* Added conversion between std::vector of explicitly convertible types. 

Fixes:
* Port to more recent compilers
* Warning removal
