I retrieved interthreads from its link in the Boost vault on the Review
Schedule page at http://www.boost.org/community/review_schedule.html.

I am building on Windows, not Unix, and I expect when I get a zip file,
as opposed to a tar.gz, that I am getting the correct end of lines for
Windows.
