That sounds like a great project. I would write it a little more vaguely,
however.

== Boost.Python and NumPy ==
Boost.Python currently has limited support for NumPy arrays.

The instructions on the project page will (eventually) require people to
find more specific requirements on the mailing list and (hopefully) engage
the community to further refine the project goals.
