I don't know what you should do. I just answered your question telling
what is most effective from my experience. In your case you are lucky
because you found Gordon as a volunteer. But I have seen many general
requests on the mailing list for review managers that were not
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
