The code is rather advanced in nt2 as stated in the proposal: work is 
basically to make it work on non intel SIMD ISA, make it boost compliant 
in terms of code/doc and structure, advance the integration with STD and 
other standard concept like range etc ... The existing code base is 
already proto based. Proto is mainly use to detect common SIMD 
compositions of instrinsic to be mapped over hardcoded better intrinsic 
(like altivec mapping a+b*c onto vec_madd(b,c,a)
