The fancy behavior of the code pane, which synchronizes the comments pane to the line clicked, is typically a good thing.  Unfortunately, there is no "copy" mode to disable that behavior.  However, the "[Download]" links above the code provide a means to get the code on your machine so you can copy what you wish.  It isn't ideal, but it is functional.
