I couldn't begin to tell you whether I'm interested in what you propose because I don't understand what you wrote and, apparently, know nothing of the field. If you can give a practical example of the kind of data your container(s) would manage, how that data can be manipulated, and why those manipulations are value, I suspect I would understand your proposal.
