Are you using explicit construction with NULL or 0? If so, maybe you
could tell us why you're doing that instead of using the default
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
