The best way to get started with Boost is by contributing. You might
start by looking at the issues list
(https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/report) and seeing if there are any
bugs that you can fix.
That will help you familiarize yourself with the code base and style
of programming, and it should help you figure out what kind of project
you'd like to propose for GSoC.
