Or eliminate it because it is redundant.

It's redundant and not needed, as addition of +1
should be done in std::numeric_limits anyway.

I got the tests running. What a nice test suite!
I need to run the tests myself and know if the tests are OK
before suggesting any changes.
Is there a collected summary of the output files?
Is this target report at the end of the test run of concern?
