Filesystem looks fine on Windows 7.

After installing the forwarding header symlinks:

* bootstrap successfully built bjam and b2.
* Filesystem passed all tests with bjam.
* Filesystem passed all tests run with the VC++ 2010 solution found in
boost-root/libs/filesystem/test/msvc10
