Some feedback on the website itself, (as it is indeed an interesting tool):

 - I'm using Chrome
 - the space between each text line is too big
 - http://rrsd.com/blincubator.com/requirements_directory_structure/ : I
see a big bloc of raw unstructured text...
 - http://rrsd.com/blincubator.com/requirements_licensing/ : error: failed
to open stream
 - the "Simple Tools" button in the menu can be clicked, which get to "
http://xxx/" so the url is wrong
