"boost::polygon::contains" for polygon_90 type.
    * [@*https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/7678* #7678] multiple
definitions of bool boost::polygon::belongs(...) by multiple #include

  * [*Internal changes:]
    * refactored point/segment/interval data/concept/traits.
    * added unit tests for point and interval data/concept/traits.
    * simplified transform.hpp to operate only in 2D.
    * removed point_3d data/concept/traits.
