I have been using Boost.Log for abut 12 months now.

I love the library. It is well designed, (after a quick reasonable 
leaning curve) easy to use and for my purposes performing greatly.
Andrey is extremely responsive and it was a pleasure working with him.

I cannot wait to see it in the official Boost release.
