In addition, the windows binary installers are up on the sourceforge site
as well.

Since 1.54 will be the first release with binary installers in this format,
please try them out and give any feedback ASAP.

Each installer includes the binaries as well as the contents of the normal
release, so you only need the particular installer for your version of
visual studio, or if you have multiple you can easily stack them on top of
each other.
