The Boost Developers mailing list is high-volume, and many people
just scan the subject lines for bracketed keywords that are
relevant to them. It's easier to scan for bracketed keywords
than to read entire subject lines. The overhead for you to add
the keyword is negligible, so I really don't see any reason not
to do it.
