No, I use bz2 archive and in 
'libs/context/src/asm/make_x86_64_sysv_elf_gas.S' file LF is used as 
EOL.

Now I'll try to build boost-trunk with i686-mingw-w64 & 
x86_64-mingw-w64. I'll report about the result.
