Good builds on Windows 2008 Server R2 with msvc-8.0, msvc-9.0, msvc-10.0,
and msvc-11.0, 32&64 bit, all configurations. I also linked each version
with a sample program (Multi-thread dll) in both debug and release.
However, there were problems with msvc-12.0 (better than beta1 though).
They all appear to be in the serialization library. See these build logs:
