Hi Oliver,

Boost.Context fails to compile since

    add support for 'combined' architeture on MacOS X

with  error message:

   - 32-bit                   : no
    - 64-bit                   : no
error: at /ive/hunold/src/devel/boost/tools/build/src/kernel/modules.jam:107
error: Unable to find file or target named
error:     '/boost/architecture//combined'
error: referred to from project at
error:     '/ive/hunold/src/devel/boost/libs/context/build'

It seems that config/ is missing the combined.cpp needed for the architecture check. 
Could you please add it?

Tip: 
Use

git config --global status.showuntrackedfiles all

to always show new file with "git status". This is from 
http://qt-project.org/wiki/Setting-up-Gerrit  but maybe should be in our wiki,too.
