I've had another go at using SSH, and got it working (by deleting the two is_rsa and rsa_pub files
and creating another key).

But it now asks for passphrase for every module which is clearly intolerable.

On Windows, making this not happen seems a fiddle, so before I waste more time,

is there any disadvantage in using https (over SSH)?
