The set of people that this list reaches is _much_ larger than the set
of people that are directly registered with the GSoC program site.
If you want feedback from the Boost community that you mailed, you might
want to have your proposal available in some form that is possible for
mortals to read.
If you only care about whatever unknown subset are registered with that
site, then your mail was quite unspecific as to who it was targetted to.
