IIRC, I authored at least part of integer.hpp. But that was 1999, and
integer.hpp for most uses has long since been made obsolete by
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
