Hi,

since Tuesday, all Boost.Locale tests have 
been failing on all compilers:

The MSVC results only mention an expected 
has_iconv.cpp build failure and it seems 
all other results only say "Error 
extracting file: No matching files were 
found."

I tested on my local machine with MSVC 14 
RC and the library wouldn't compile 
because of a missing "#include <map>":
