Had I known about SAP Hana, I would probably have chosen a different name.
However, I was already contacted a couple of times by people that were
concerned with the trademark, so I checked exactly what is being trademarked.
What's trademarked is "SAP Hana", not "Hana" itself. Plus, one could argue
that the library's name is "Boost.Hana" (if accepted), in which case there
is little room for confusion. But IANAL either.

Bottom line:
SAP, if you're going to sue me, just tell me and I'll change the name. :-)

But seriously, it would be painful to change the name at this point because
the library is starting to be publicized and the last thing we need is a
name change.

Regards,
Louis
