Thanks for the review Paul. I pretty much agree with all of it.
This review process has been particularly useful for helping me see
the documentation as others see it - I had no idea it was so
confusing! - and I'm going to try raising with the Standard C++
Foundation in Seattle next month the idea of them funding
professional copy writers to take passes at C++ library
documentation.
