Ahmed made the offer to review manage AFIO on the airport tarmac of
Denver airport where we were all waiting for our carry on luggage to
be unloaded after Aspen. It was sunny, but windy.
When I reminded him of what it would involve, I believe he said he
thought it would be "amusing".
