Ah, I think what's causing this. The following change added a test for
the __float128 native type, but it looks like the
boost_has_float128.ipp file wasn't checked in, meaning that every time
you run generate.cpp, it gets reverted:

John, would you by any chance still have a copy of
boost_has_float128.ipp that can be checked in?
