I fixed the error message. The php script was ignoring the error
because unzip used to occasionally return it for correctly extracted
pages, but it seems to be returning the correct status now, so I
turned it back on.

I'm not involved in uploading the test results, so I don't really
know. But I think the current results have overwritten the old one.
The people who run the tests mostly use the testing list.
