I ran the builds on Linux using gcc-4.8.4 and clang-3.4. Everything looks good
except 2 fails in iostreams due to a missing bzib header. I don't know if this
is expected due to a missing dependency?

gcc.compile.c++ bin.v2/libs/iostreams/build/gcc-4.8/release/threading-
libs/iostreams/src/bzip2.cpp:20:56: fatal error: bzlib.h: No such file or
 #include "bzlib.h" // Julian Seward's "bzip.h" header.
compilation terminated.
