Your usage here of "C++0x", both in your documentation and your replies
in this thread, appears to be contradicting what you mean: C++0x was the
informal name for what eventually became C++11 (see
http://www.stroustrup.com/C++11FAQ.html). But what you seem to mean
(judging from the context of your replies) is C++03, not C++11.
