You have built boost for VC14, but are trying to link from VC11, when
you build with bjam try:
bjam toolset=msvc-11.0 --build-type=complete
If you just want regex then add "--with-regex" to the command line, and
if you want to speed things up with a parallel build then add -jN where
N is the number of processes to use (recommended).
