Dear boost community,

I'm Bensong Liu, a second year undergraduate student. I'm interested in
Boost.SafeFloat and willing to contribute to this project. I've finished
all of the `Programming competency test` and I'm still working on the
proposal(draft shared).

Then how should I contact my mentor, and how should I submit my [solution
to tests](https://recolic.net/res/tmp/note-deploy-key-for-gsoc.sh)?
