[build] Build errors with gcc - bad argument -mcpu=v7

Hi,

I'm trying to run tests for Boost.Core with the following command:

bjam -j 8 toolset=gcc cxxstd=14 variant=release libs/core/test

Compilation fails with the following errors:

I'm not sure where that -mcpu=v7 comes from, but I don't have it in my 
options, nether do I see it in the Jamfile.
