Source code of boost-commitbot git user

Hi,

I work on a company where the architecture of the software is closed to
boost : one super project and lots of submodules.

We are spending lots of time with the superproject by doing
"fetch/merge/checkout" every time because someone else updated a submodule
just 15 minutes ago.

In boost, it looks like the superproject is updated by Travis (or maybe a
git post hook ?).

Does this script is available somewhere? It will really help us and
improved your time.

I took a look but I didn't find anywhere the source code.
