Boost.Core is not a good choice for first time contributors. This library
contains core functionality that is typically extracted from other libraries
in order to lower the number of library dependencies; it rarely acquires new
functionality and when it does, the additions typically come from Boost
developers, not outside contributors.
If you want to contribute to Boost, it would be better if you choose some
other library rather than Core.
