[Boost.Real] Testing Boost.Real in Visual Studio

Hi,

I would like to contribute to the upcoming Real library. I have cloned the
library at BoostGSoC19/Real. I wanted to ask whether it is possible to
directly test the library in Visual Studio, or do I have to use CMake to
build the project first?
