The concrete items mentioned that have been known to inhibit
participation appear to be:
- Mailing lists
- Boost.Build
Not sure what to do about the second.
I'm happy to help anyone (LEWG or otherwise) produce Jamfiles for
their prospective libraries for building, testing, and documentation
generation (if Doxygen, Asciidoc).
