There's a warning coming from Boost.Coroutine, from including
<boost/detail/scoped_enum_emulation.hpp> which is now a deprecated
header. Can we please fix this for the release? Every Beast and Asio
user who tries to use Asio's stackful coroutines will get this
warning.
