The best way to get this fixed is be to make a pull request against Boost.Coroutine.
The second-best way would be to open a Github issue against Boost.Coroutine.
The third-best way would be to email Oliver Kowalke, the owner of Boost.Coroutine.
        (pro-tip: the file libs/maintainers.txt is a handy reference)
The fourth-best way is to ask about it on this mailing list. :-)
