[release] Boost 1.82.0 Release Candidate 2 is available

Compiling the range mfc-iterators with msvc 143 (VS2022) results in a compilation error.
It would be nice, if https://github.com/boostorg/range/pull/144 was addressed before the final release.

Compilation error with msvc 143, std=c++latest:
