I added https://github.com/cppalliance/site-docs/issues/17 for *The
'Getting Started Doc' should use CMake as the primary way to build and use
Boost.* I think one of the key areas to focus on is new user success.
Whatever we can do to prevent folks from giving up when they attempt using
Boost for the first time will have a substantial impact.
