To clarify this point, I use "Peter Dimov" only as an example. This is
in no way to imply that Peter is a gatekeeper or "the CEO of Boost" or
any such thing. It is a bit of inside humor which requires some
understanding of the history of Boost to get. It just means that I
greatly respect his opinions on many developmental subjects.
