Yes.

Yes, I've been periodically building the main boost html and pdf docs with my
changes. There are a couple fixes I have to have locally in my tree to
build, like patching a date_time Jamfile, but those problems aren't caused by
my changes to boostbook.

Building the pdf version of the boost docs has a few more problems, due to
apache fop being more strict about the validitity of its input. For example,
some of the generated-from-doxygen date_time xml winds up with multiple
elements with the same name attribute, that I have to fix manually. It's
caused by things like multiple definitions for typedefs in header files that
are ordinarily selected by the preprocessor when compiling, but which all get
dumped into the doxygen-generated xml. It might be fixable in the
doxygen2boostbook.xsl stylesheet, but I haven't looked into it.

I've been committing the patches I've been posting here after waiting about a
week for anyone to comment on them. After the two I posted yesterday, there
are just a few more I want to merge over from the sandbox/boost_docs tree.
I'll post them after the current batch go in, as they touch some of the same
files.
