What we really should do is let you define, say a 'book', and then
include quickbook files with documentation type 'chapter', 'appendix'.
But I'm not going to implement that any time soon. Could probably add
a warning. I'm going to write some more detailed documentation about
the info block pretty soon, so I'll add something then.
