[ublas] real_type

I would be grateful if someone could please clarify the interpretation of 
real_type as used in the uBlas code.

Is it intended to indicate the type of the real component of a value, as opposed 
to the type of the imaginary component?

OR

Is it intended to indicate a floating point number type?
