[ublas] [patch] kill unused variable

Hi all,

the little patch that I've attached removes an unused variable in 
operation.hpp in ublas. (This kills a warning when compiling with -Wall, and 
I prefer when the compiler output is squeaky clean.)

Can someone please commit this?
