[boost] Re: Unmaintained libraries: a tentative list

The recent removal of Boost.Static_Assert shows that it is possible. I would think that work would be more valuable than maintaining something that is purely for legacy usage.

Note that some libraries might need more than deprecation notices however, that's a something I just wanted to note. Best, Amlal
