[boost] Re: Unmaintained libraries: a tentative list

Many thanks to the Fiscal Sponsorship Committee for putting this together. I am not against retiring some libraries, but isn't this conditional on removing dependencies on it throughout the Boost superproject? This could end up requiring significant work, especially if unmaintained libraries depend on it. Best wishes, Arnaud
